Dump Champ is an AI-powered competition app for entertainment purposes only. You retain ownership of the photos you submit, but grant us a permanent license to use and sell that data (anonymized) for research and advertising. We show ads throughout the app, including while your photos are being analyzed. AI might suggest lifestyle changes — these are NOT medical prescriptions. All disputes go to arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You must be 18 or older to use this app.
Dump Champ is a product and service provided by Zackty LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us," "our," or "Operator").
Zackty LLCBy using the App, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Zackty LLC.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are not a minor. If we discover a user is under 18, their account will be terminated immediately and their data deleted.
The App utilizes third-party AI services, including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude, to analyze and score content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, biased, or unreliable. You acknowledge that AI analysis is inherently imperfect and use all results at your own risk.
DUMP CHAMP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. All AI-generated scores, diet insights, and commentary are for entertainment purposes only and have no clinical validity. The App may provide AI-generated suggestions or lifestyle recommendations. You acknowledge these are NOT medical prescriptions or professional diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or health decisions.
You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. However, by submitting content you grant Zackty LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, publish, distribute, and commercialize your User Content. This license specifically includes the right to include your content and metadata in datasets sold to third parties for commercial or medical research purposes.
We may allow you to provide "Optional Health Data" (e.g., age, diet, symptoms). By providing this information, you consent to its collection and monetization. Zackty LLC may share or sell anonymized, de-identified datasets containing this information to third-party research firms and business partners.
The App is an ad-supported service. You agree that Zackty LLC may display advertisements anywhere within the App, including on analysis screens while the AI is processing your content, leaderboards, and user profiles. Viewing ads is a condition of accessing the Service.
By submitting content, you acknowledge that:
Dump Champ is designed specifically for the submission of photographs of feces. By using the App you acknowledge that: (a) content submitted and displayed is intentionally graphic and may be offensive; (b) you are participating knowingly and voluntarily; (c) you assume all risk associated with submitting, viewing, and engaging with such content; and (d) you release Zackty LLC from all claims arising from your voluntary participation.
You agree not to: submit content that violates any law; submit content depicting minors; submit content containing personal information of others without consent; attempt to reverse-engineer the App; use automated tools to submit content; impersonate others; or use the App for any commercial purpose without written consent.
If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice via our Contact Us form. Include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZACKTY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ZACKTY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zackty LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration shall be conducted under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice via our Contact Us form. Opt-out does not affect your waiver of class action rights.
Zackty LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, internet disruption, or third-party service failures.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 5, 8, 12, 13, 14, and 15.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zackty LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
